came just in time,
it was well packaged, the soil and potting were on point, and also it's BIG!

Long wait, poor customer service, poor packaging

I have waited my Spiralis Cereus cactus for 2 weeks! The is no phone number on the website, so the only thing you can do is to send an email. And they are not eager to answer you promptly.
Despite my choice of UPS delivery option they used USPS.
When cactus arrived, it was crooked and almost out of pot.
