How quickly are orders filled: Orders are typically filled within a week depending on product availability.
When are orders shipped: Shipping days are Monday-Wednesday. Return Policy: We are hopeful that your plant babies arrive safe in good condition and that you are pleased with them. In the event that their is a problem with your plants, please reach out to us immediately with pictures to assess the situation. Plants are only eligible for return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond 48 hours we can offer additional care information to support you and your plant.
Refunds or exchanges are issued in the following situations:
Plant received is not the same plant that was listed on the website. In the event that there was a mix up with your order and you received the wrong plant. Plant must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out in. We can not issue refunds for damaged plants.
Plant arrived dead not due to delays. However, if there are delays due to mail system/pick up/weather that is our outside of our control we can assist with communication with the postal system.
Credits or partial credits may be issued in the following situations:
Delay in shipping due to processing issues within Crazy Plant Bae's control.
As these are living plants, we careful package them for their journey to their new homes. Plants may experience some bumps or bruises during shipping.
If your plant is showing signs of stress or shock after arriving, please reach out for additional care information. We suggest leaving your plant in it's nursery pot for 5-7 days minimum while it acclimates to it's new environment and allow it to rest.
Please double check your orders and listed pictures to ensure that you are comfortable with what you are ordering. If you are unsure of the care of a plant or the needs of a plant, please reach out to us for more information.
